We still need volunteers Saturday Sept 21th to help set up at 9:00AM SATURDAY (and goes till about 4:00 PM). We also need volunteers Sunday September 22 to work the gate and break down the hamfest. On Sunday volunteers need to arrive by 5:30AM before the gate opens. There will be food and beverages for the volunteers both days.

TICKETS ARE $10 AT THE GATE WITH 2 PRIZE STUBS. $8 IN ADVANCE WITH 4 PRIZE STUBS.

Keep in mind that Radio Expo is the annual fundraiser for the club.
- The indoor market is opens at 8AM. The Outdoor Flea Market opens at 6AM.
- Tables inside the building are $18 each, electric is $10 additional.
- Other than your admission ticket and optional electric, there is no cost to set up in the outdoor flea market area. Electric in the outdoor flea market is $10.
- Camping is available through the Fairground Association for $45 per night and goes directly to the Fairground Association, not the club.
- License testing for all classes is from 9 till noon. Search ARRL VE Belvidere, il for more details.
